how to effectively extract information from those that withhold information on a project (work-related)....challenge 'de semaine' (week).....and what is even more frustrating is when people don't look at the project holistically only from a compartmentalized or narrow-minded perspective.....further, frustrated by the fact these information holders may fall into two populations - 1)they don't understand or know they have the information that is needing extraction/sharing or 2) willfully omitting or withholding information....the latter is the most frustrating when it occurs..... on a positive...i have Enola Gay from OMD blaring.... :)
